The Puja practice offers a unique opportunity to express love and longing for the Divine in a very practical, tangible, and profound way. In the Simple Puja course, you will learn the basics that will help you begin building a personal relationship with your chosen deity through the beautiful ritual of puja.

IN THIS COURSE, YOU WILL:

• Discover the origin, purpose, and benefits of puja
• Be guided through the ritual step by step and learn the requirements needed to serve your deity properly
• Receive a brief and simple introduction to the Sanskrit language
• Practice puja mantras together
